The POA would like to remind residents that according to the Brightwood By-Laws that all outstanding homeowner dues must be paid in full before you can close on the sale of your home. The title company that handles the closing will contact the POA to verify that all POA dues on the property are current. If they are not then those dues will be collected at the time of closing. |
